I do take before and after photos & videos in each home that I clean. Any personal or identifying details will be removed or blocked from view in any posts made from the photos and videos. If you would not like for your home to be posted online, please let me know.

I do not move furniture over 50 pounds. If you would like the underneath of your heavy furniture cleaned, you must be home to move it, or have it moved for me to clean beforehand. Any portion of the underneath of heavy furniture that can be reached without movement will be cleaned. Thank you for your understanding and helping keep me safe and healthy!

I strive to give the best cleaning possible each time. If you are unhappy with any portion of your clean, please contact me within 24 hours of service with a picture and description of the area you aren’t satisfied with, and I will come fix the issue as soon as I can!

I love all the pets! However, I do not offer any pet services. Please keep pets contained during cleanings. I do not clean pet urine or feces. Cleaning of animal urine or feces or related items is considered a biohazard, and will be charged as such. Biohazard rates start at $100/hour. 

Pet Policy

A cancellation fee of %50 of estimated total is required upon cancellation of scheduled cleaning. Rescheduling within the week will bypass the cancellation fee, however rescheduling is not guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

Payment is due at time of service. A charge of $5 per day will be applied to late payments, unless a previous agreement is made.
